      Took a months payment after policy was canceled will not send money back

      Horrible insurance company. They barely answer the phones and they are always on "vacation". Their investigation took less than 20 minutes to deny a claim.
      This Michael *******, a supposed agent, barely works, takes forever to answer phone calls and is a schiester.

      Horrible insuance company ! My car has been in the repair shop for over a month after it was stolen and crashed . They never sent a adjuster nor did anyone contact us back . I had to pay out of pocket for a rental . While my car is still being worked on no one sent out the check to the repair shop . I have been calling and calling and one has contacted me back . This has become a financial burden and I cant contact anyone .
