      0 stars. I highly do NOT recommend. Sarath ****** ********** is a con-artist. He was very strategic about getting us on board with their company and the remodeling of our kitchen. The company had 60 days to finish our kitchen remodel. We never knew when workers were coming to our house and when they weren't. The lack of communication was extreme and very unprofessional. Sometimes we were told work would be done, and we would return home to absolutely nothing done. No one had come. On multiple occasions we reached out to the owner with no response, for an entire week! We would text, call, and email the owner daily to find out when work would be done next, and we would get no response! The owner, Sarath, would tell us that he was coming over on a specific date and time. We would clear our calendar and wait for him, and he would never show. We got a bunch of empty promises that the project could "be finished by the weekend" only for no one to show. For 72 days, we gave the owner an opportunity to make this right and finish the job, but terminated the contract after giving a 12 day extension of time. The last interaction we had with him was a promise that he hired a 24 hour plumber to finish installing our kitchen sink, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Plumber showed up at 9am, left at 9:15am, and Sarath ignored my phone calls and texts for the rest of the day. He actually never responded at all. Yet promised the work would be completed that day. We are left with a half completed kitchen, and the owner has 90% of our money for a job that is not done. We are left with no kitchen plumbing, stove, or working electrical for our microwave. Some of the outlets aren't grounded and are unsafe. Our kitchen has been unusable for over 80 days now. We will be paying out of pocket to finish the job with another company. Sarath also mentioned that he never had to go to arbitration. This was also a lie, as he had 16 cases against him, but under a different business name.
