    HAD A FLAT ROOF REPLACED IN MAY OF 2017 DUE TO A LEAK. NOW 12/2022 THE SAME AREA IS LEAKING. CALL ANOTHER ROOFIG COMPANY AND THE DICOVERED THE FLASHING WASN'T DONE PROPERLY AND THAT THEY HAD PUT THE MATERIAL OVER THE OLD.MY CONTRACT SHOWS I PAID THEM TO TEAR OFF THE OLD MATERIAL. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS NOT HONEST

    The job in question was a flat roof which I tore out a bad section and replaced the wood, then installed a torch down rubber roof over the entire surface of 600 sq. ft. Including new metal flashing, all for $2,500 or so. This job was warranted 5 yrs. After 6 yrs. he got a leak, and instead if calling me, which he did not, he let another company redo the job, which was unnecessary. I asked to see the contract, which I didn't still have my copy. He didn't think he had his... Everything I stated I would do, I did, I am not a liar and not untrustworthy. I probably would have repaired the roof for free or very reasonable. I'm just sorry to see the job that was done after mine. From what I could see from the edge...
