      On March 3rd, 2025, ******* "***" ******* ******************************** at Cruiser Travels reached out to us pertaining to an upcoming cruise with ***************************** cruise line and offered us a deal to go on a 7-day cruise to ******. *** at Cruiser Travels charged us $500 to reserve the reservations with *************** and proceeded to tell us if we pay the total amount within the week, the agency will discount us an extra $500- $600 for paying for the reservation early. We agreed to the terms and paid a total of $3,602.53 via ******. The business the money *** explained was going to was **************** to which are partners and affiliates with Cruiser Travels. We received an invoice reflecting the amounts paid in full via email on 03/03/2025. On April 30th, 2025, we received a phone call from ****** ***** from Cruiser Travels claiming that we had a balance due of $3,650.04 and continued to state that employee/ supervisor had committed fraud. ******* since then, has continued to call us on a daily basis up until 05/20/2025, harassing us to pay the remaining balance to keep our reservations current. We explained to him and the CEO of Cruiser Travels, *********** *******, that we were disputing the scam caused by their employee (***) though our bank and to cancel our reservations with the cruise line and return us our money that was taken, to which they refused and stated, dispute it with our bank or ****** and to pay for the balance due with a different payment option. ****** threatened verbally, explaining if we do not pay the balance, we will lose the reservation as well as the $500 that was placed to reserve the trip as a penalty. On 05/19/2025 I contacted our bank as well as ****** to discuss the status of our refund, to which ****** stated they had extended the investigation due to ***/ Cruiser Travels providing proof of services. The bank claims to have the investigation on-going
