      business sold me a car with ***** worth of damage under hood including safety features that couldn't have possibly passed a Maryland inspection, that had a fraudulent inspection done on my car

      I spoke to warranty company about they mileage they reported when my car broke down on 4/30 they car was not drivable it had to be towed the mileage is shown in the picture the warranty company said they reported it at ******* which mean they moved my mileage up to go through my warranty that is illegal and fraud

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Verneesha Greens complaint. We appreciate all feedback and take customer concerns seriously.
      Verneesha Green purchased a vehicle from our dealership along with 3rd party extended warranty while ago. When she brought concerns to our attention, we responded promptly and performed all necessary repairs at no cost to her under the vehicles extended warranty. We made every effort to assist her and resolve the issue appropriately. I have attached an invoice showing the repair was done and customer didnt pay anything out of pocket.  
      Its important to clarify that we work directly with the warranty company to perform covered repairs, which allows us to service vehicles with no out-of-pocket cost to the customer. Unfortunately, Verneesha Green chose to take her vehicle to an ***** dealership that is not affiliated with the warranty provider. As a result, that dealership was unable to process the repair under warranty, which led to her being invoiced for the service. Had she returned to our facility, we could have continued to handle all repairs under the warranty program at no charge.
      The customer has been driving the vehicle for some time, and the issues she is now reporting appear to be related to normal wear and tear, which falls under routine maintenance responsibilities. Regarding the safety inspection, the vehicle met all Maryland state inspection standards at the time of sale. Any additional issues identified by another service facility do not necessarily reflect a fault in the original inspection, as different repair shops may have varying assessments or use criteria that go beyond state requirements.
      We take pride in our commitment to quality and customer service, which is reflected in our 4.9-star rating on ****** and other online platforms. We strive to treat all customers fairly and professionally, and we remain available to work toward reasonable solutions within the boundaries of our agreements and warranties.

      Bumble auto did me not favors accept fix their problems that the vehicle was already having they even went as far as moving my odometer mileage to go through my warranty which I have proof and have filed through *** as well . I have had my car for not even 60 days and my car has broke down twice . Again **** had called me and my father multiple times says he works with the warranty company and he can get them to repair everything , its a warranty that I pay therefore I can take my vechile anywhere I detected fraudulent activity from **** and *********** I have reported them to the warranty company my **************** and also ***. I understand normal war and tare but the issues that my car is having is beyond that and even the acrua dealer can attest to that , **** simply wants my car back just so he can over charge my warranty company yet again , I do not trust them at all

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have  gave **** multiple opportunities to fix my vehicle correctly **** was very rude non chalant about every situation that I have informed about since day one , which is why my car was taken to the ***** dealer , my warranty has paid over ****** to fix my car within not even 90 days which means hes been paid for the car twice that wasnt worth the finance amount , my warranty basically paid to have everything fixed on a that knew was messed up before hand, and then committed fraud and moved my odometer up to go through my warranty which I have proof and that has been reported to the proper party as well, the only thing that can make this situation fair is if I receive my 4500 that I put down on the car its not way have all these problems and car broke down twice within not even 90 days of purchase I have had my car properly inspected by ***** which they can contest that the problem where already there before purchase and the sold me a lemon simple, I work hard and I have children I have no money to waste **** never did anything that was at his convinence he went through my warranty which I PAY FOR he did me no favors and Im taken this situation to every proper party so its his business license at stake
