      We signed up for a membership with a 60% discount voucher from *******. According to the website we should get a a 4 hour clean for $80 with that discount. Since we have signed up we have not received the discount despite paying $50 a month membership fee. MANY attempts have been made to contact them via their phone number ###-###-####. The number immediately disconnects and sends a text message. Everything that comes from the texts is automated but nobody actually responds. We also attempted to chat with them via their website but their chat function does not work. I have ALSO filed complaint tickets with them which say I will get a response within 24 hours and still no response. I want the discount that I believe we are NOT getting OR an explanation as to why we are being charged what we are being charged. Also due to the nature of the agreement we cannot cancel our membership without being charged for the full costs of the cleaning BUT I have no idea what that is since it is not explained. I feel like I am stuck in a **** and a simple call from the company to help me understand would go a long way. I am including screen shots of their website that show the 60% discount and the breakdown for the cost of their services. A 4 hour clean says $80. Our most recent charge was $110 NOT including the tip we left for the cleaner. Please help us get in touch with the business.

      While I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with your cleaning company. You have filed a complaint with the wrong company. I do own a Forever Clean that does residential and commercial cleaning for Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania. We do not have an ad on ******* or any coupon or discount type sites. We do not have an 800 number to reach our business nor do we offer discounts for our cleanings nor do we offer memberships for our services. Additionally we do not have a chat function on our website. ****************************

      I understand the frustration that you are feeling however I encourage you to reach out to ******* and find the correct company to file a complaint against. It seems this company is using Forever Clean all one word and our company is Forever Clean, separate words. While I understand that this is a minute detail, it is one that scam company s will take advantage of to trick customers. It actually looks like from your pictures that the company is not called Forever Clean but using this as a program name.

      We have had issues like this in the past with a previous company called ******** *****. Having a membership program called forever clean. They charged customers but never fulfilled their end. This sounds very similar. In the end. We are not the company you are having an issue with but I do wish all the best in finding the correct company and reaching a resolution.
