    I contacted this company to replace my water line after Artesian informed me that I had a leak and had 7 days to fix it, or my water would be shut off. The plumber came gave me estimate and we signed the contract to replace the water line. This was done on 10/25/24, that evening it rained, and water started leaking in my basement, this had never happened before. I called the plumber; they came out Saturday 10/26/24 and told me it's my neighbors and once he has fixed it this will stop. Two times it rained, and I called the company, and nobody called me back as water was leaking in by basement. Last week it rained Tuesday and Wednesday 12/10 and 12/11 respectively, that morning my basement was flooded, and this destroyed my personal belongings. I called charles moon plumbing and they did not come out until late in the afternoon and told me they could not fix the leak until 12/20, I proceeded to tell them per the weather forecast it's raining all week starting 12/15. At that point the owner of the company ******* told me he will come out on sunday 12/15 to fix the problem. I called the office on saturday to confirm somebody was still coming out on sunday, the receptionist told me I would get a call back, no one called me.Meanwhile on Thursday 12/13 Marhlings home restoration came out to dry the basement for me per plumber request and they were told it's due to plumber mistake and I would not be paying anything. On sunday night 12/15 it rained again and by basement was flooded again, despite having dried from the previous rains. ******* again did not show up at my house until 3pm that afternoon despite all the damage the water caused me. ******** restoration company removed all my padding due to being wet and told me they will not be replacing it as the plumber is responsible. Instead of the plumber digging from the outside to fix this problem, he sealed the leak from the inside but the water is still going down my wall and needs to be sealed from the outside.
