      I am writing to express my deep concerns about the behavior and policies of the staff at the Howard County Animal Control & Adoption Center, particularly in light of my recent interaction with an individual named Jessica. My experience, along with numerous reviews from other pet owners, paints a distressing picture of the lack of professionalism and care exhibited by the staff at this facility.
      During my interaction with Jessica and the staff at Howard County Animal Control & Adoption Center, I was met with consistent rudeness and dismissiveness. The lack of empathy and respectful communication towards individuals seeking assistance with their lost pets or other animal-related issues was concerning and unacceptable.
      Furthermore, a troubling trend in the reviews of this facility has highlighted cases of dogs being returned to their owners with signs of abuse. This raises serious questions about the treatment of animals in their care and the ethical standards maintained by the staff members responsible for their well-being.
      In addition, there have been multiple instances where pets were returned without proper identification chips or having undergone necessary veterinary procedures such as spaying or neutering. This oversight reflects a concerning lack of attention to detail and neglect of basic health and safety protocols for the animals under their care.
      Given the gravity of these issues, I urge the Better Business Bureau to conduct a thorough investigation into the behavior and policies of Howard County Animal Control & Adoption Center. It is crucial that corrective measures are implemented to ensure the welfare of animals and uphold the highest standards of professionalism within the facility.
