      Subject: Complaint Regarding Unauthorized Account on Credit Report Dear Better Business Bureau,I am contacting you to file a formal complaint about an unauthorized account that appears on my credit report, which I suspect has been opened under fraudulent circumstances.Details of the Unauthorized Account:Creditor Name: U.S AUTO FINANCE Opened Date: May 2, 2015 Account Number: ****** I was alarmed to find this unauthorized account with U.S AUTO ********************** listed on my credit report. I have never entered into any agreements or authorized the opening of any accounts with U.S AUTO **********************. This discovery is indicative of identity theft, and I am deeply concerned about the implications it has for my financial security and credit rating.Upon noticing this account, I promptly contacted U.S AUTO FINANCE to dispute its legitimacy and demanded its immediate removal from my credit report. Unfortunately, the response has been lackluster, with little to no progress made toward resolving this issue.This unauthorized account misrepresents my financial behavior and jeopardizes my credit standing.       I recently discovered that I am a victim of identity theft. While reviewing my credit report, I noticed an account that was opened in my name without my knowledge or consent. I immediately contacted the creditor to request proof of my authorization for this account. However, I have yet to receive any documentation or evidence from the creditor that verifies I initiated or authorized the opening of this account. Given the lack of evidence provided by the creditor, it is clear that this account does not belong to me and has been opened fraudulently using my personal information.       ******** went bankrupt and breached our contract by not upholding their part of my contract with my warranty. I've had my car stolen by a company called westlake saying I owe them money for a car I purchased through ******** i am at a loss at this point

      Proof i am not 75 days behind. Where is my contract it was never sent to me either. Where's the proof ******** has my contract?
