      I was harassed by an employee on 5/24/2023. The initial call came in at 10:58am and lasted 1 minute, after i had made an online car part request. I said "never mind" and hung up after the employee kept asking the same question. I got a call back immediately and said "don't call me again". Another immediate call where I was subjected to curses and sexual threats to members of my family. two more calls seconds apart until I blocked ###-###-####. I believe this employee should be terminated.

      $880
      Ordered 2 doors for my car by phone and they got my phone from car part search web site.
      Nothing ever shipped. They got my credit card over the phone and charged it.
      Called them and they said they will process the calcellation - never got a refund back on my card.
      Filed a dispute with the bank.
