    I wish i had checked their rating before doing business with them. I returned the product they sent me without opening the boxes. Now we are being charged for a product that they say was installed, repackaged and returned to them. I was sent pictures for proof, which means they sent me used parts.

    Consumer beware!! Purchased a kit but received only 1 page instruction sheet in an 8.5X11 envelope and was charged $17 for shipping. I contacted the business upon receiving the package for clarification for the kit which was to contain 4 small pest control plastic plugs for the for the shipping pallet restrainment holes on my standby generator. This company mis-packages products and makes profit from shipping mislabeled packages. Do not purchase from them! You may not receive an actual product.
