      11/28/2023 was the day I made a purchased with them before they can start my website design. Ive been scammed from the beginning, they knew I have no experience with any website design, and each time I requested for certain adjustment, they either took a long time to get back to me and also upcharged me for spelling& grammar. Moving forward, after I paid $599 for the promotion plus $399 for the website launch, they did not tell me I have to renew my domain, the most crazy thing was theyre trying to charge me $450 for renewal domain, I may not know anything about design websites and all that, but $450 was ridiculous. After I did my research, renewal was only $20. When I confronted them, they were unwilling to accommodate and I had my husband to speak for me. They waited the last day before my website was about to expire then they decided to transfer. They then DELETED MY IP ADDRESS so my new designer who didnt charge me a ***** for the website, had to redo my whole website. The website I had them do was all from me, they didnt help me create it, instead I was the master mind behind my website, it was stressful but I learned from my ******* Since, this is my first business. I called and texted and none of them responded. They kept saying someone will get back to me but that was just a lie. This place was a total scam. Kindly review this matter and help me resolve this problem asap.
