    On 09/10/2024, I went to Tag & Title Now, LLC to title my car. The agent named RAM offered me to pay cash to get a discount; Otherwise, he said "I pay $750 by card. So, I paid $700. He said: "you will get your title within two weeks". I waited for the title over three weeks. I still haven't received anything. On 9/30/2024, I called the MVA in Columbia. The agent asked me if I did have the case number. I said: "No”. The agent used my DL to look up if there was any title in the process. She said " there is no title on process”. She advised me to go back to the vendor". I went to RAM at his office and asked what was going on about my title. He said: "give me your DL and I will see what happens. He came back to me with my title and the paperwork: it's done, I have already scanned them and sent them". I told him: " It doesn't look to me that you have sent them. The MVA form was still empty etc... If you said that you sent them so, provide me with a case number to track my title. Sir, just give me my title back, and my $700 back". He said: "I didn't scan them, and I can't give your title back now. Look as a courtesy, I will take care of this myself. Tomorrow, I will go to MVA and get your title process and once you get your title. I will refund some of your money just because I am at fault". On 10/01/2024, he called me. He said that "he spoke to a lady in their ERT, and he asked her to talk to a supervisor. He said once I speak to the supervisor, I will call you by noon. He apologized to me again, and he said that he will refund me some of the money when I receive the title". I texted him in the evening. I told him: "I haven't heard from you. What have you done with your ERT? He didn't answer. I texted him: "Return my title and money: $700 back". He texted and called at the same time: "Hello ******* I am in contact with tech. I will update you as soon as I hear from them. Sorry again, but if the issue is resolved you may have your title in one day". Issue is unresolved.
