      Newly installed heat pump HVAC work was finished on 11/20/2023. Heat pump was working until 11/24/2023 and temperature plummeting to the floor it was heating. It was then engaging emergency heating, but no flow (blower was not working) was coming from the vents. Called the office this morning and was not made aware that I had to pay for special service to get emergency service on a newly installed HVAC system and will be without heat for at least a couple of days (no other solution was allowed by the company when I was talking to their office on the phone the morning of 11/25/2023) which will only increase my energy bill having to use emergency ceramic heating units. For the cost of the install and system, I was expecting above and beyond for fixing a system that broke from their service install and deeply disappointed, considering they were calling me everyday until I signed the contract. No other contact back from the company after trying to reach the salesperson who sold me the system and service. Expecting the system to be fixed at no cost and as soon as possible.

      Good afternoon. The client called our answering service when we were closed and didn't understand that he was a comfort club member and would receive emergency service with no issue. The client was told someone would contact him to schedule Monday.

      As soon as we realize that the client was told this, our emergency on call technician (Austin) as well as the comfort consultant (Josh) who sold the project, contacted the customer right away. 

      We went out the same day and took care of the issue, which was a simple programming issue on the thermostat that had somehow gotten changed since the installers tested the system out after installation.

      Everything was up and running very quickly with no other issues. The client is very happy with everything the same day.
