    Business Response

    Date: 05/19/2025

I am writing to bring to your attention a series of concerning incidents involving a customer named ******* *****, which have occurred in relation to the services provided by our company, Stuckey & ********

On April 7, 2024, ******* ***** contacted us seeking assistance with her vehicle, which was duly provided by our team. Despite our best efforts to address her concerns and provide timely service, a pattern of disruptive behavior and unwarranted demands has since emerged.

Following multiple service appointments, Ms. ***** has exhibited a disregard for our company policies and has resorted to making unfounded accusations and threats towards our staff members, particularly targeting one of our mechanics, *****. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but wholly unacceptable.

Despite our attempts to resolve the situation amicably and provide assistance in good faith, Ms. ***** has continued to engage in disruptive and aggressive conduct, including publicly defaming our business on social media platforms and making unwarranted threats of legal action.

Furthermore, I must highlight that Ms. ******* unwarranted advances and inappropriate behavior towards me personally have created a highly uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. I wish to make it unequivocally clear that such behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

We have always strived to provide exceptional service to all our customers, and it is deeply regrettable that this situation has escalated to such an extent. We are in the business of serving our community with integrity and professionalism, and we expect all interactions to be conducted with mutual respect and cooperation.

In light of these events, we kindly request your intervention in addressing Ms. ******* conduct and ensuring that such behavior ceases immediately. We remain committed to resolving this matter in a fair and respectful manner and seek your support in upholding the standards of ethical conduct and professionalism that define our company.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your prompt response and assistance in resolving this issue effectively.

    Sincerely,

    Deaunte Stuckey Sr
    Owner
    Stuckey & *******
