    On August 31 2024, I ***** ****** went to country Ridge bingo to play bingo. I purchase a bingo packet between $40 - $50. I was told the computers that play bingo games were all sold out,after I already had a table reserve. I purchased some buzzers from one of the ushers that worked on the floor that day. The buzzers are tickets that have numbers and free spaces on them,which this night the buzzers were worth $500. I had one free space and four numbers on one of the tickets that I had and was playing. The numbers were as follows, 66, 28, 60, 2 and a free space, you play bingo on the tickets until you fill in all the numbers and or free spaces that the caller is calling. Then you yell ball on the last number you are waiting for b/c you have won that buzzer ticket. I was waiting for the number 2. **** the caller called my three other numbers and after a little while he called B-2 and I yelled ball, because I had a free space also on that ticket. He then pointed me out to one of the ushers, ***** or ****** to come and get my ticket to take it in front of a bingo player to verify the winning numbers on the ticket. The usher calls out the serial number on the ticket and the winning numbers on my ticket. Two players playing bingo came over and gave me a hi five for yelling ball. I did not get paid because **** the caller said I did not win after he gave me all my winning numbers. I said to the manager that I did not get paid after winning the ball ticket. **** the manager said she would talk to **** about it. I tried multiple times to resolve this issue with ****. I was told by **** that he do not make mistakes.
