Spent $5,400 to purchase a reman Bravo 3 including my core. Received the unit and it worked amazing returning it to the 40+mph speed I was accustomed to with my 290 Sundancer. Unfortunately, it failed within 3 hours of use on Memorial Day weekend literally while pulling up to the dock to pick up 14 eager family members. I literally sat on the dock and wept due to all of the prep that went into it! Shipped it back for replacement and spoke to the ***** (Steve) after they broke it down and he told me that the failure was on them and that he would send a new one to me. He told me to just hold onto my core and ship it back once I received the new replacement. I was VERY hurt and confused as I had spoken to him at long length on multiple occassions. He even had given me his personal cell phone. He was always very cordial exchanging stories about both having lived in Georgia etc. I didn't receive the replacement after being given shipping tracking numbers and a date of delivery including multiple trips to the UPS Ground hub to get it. I would call and would get excuses about stolen product from shipping trucks etc. Long story short, I ended up spending $1,500 on a used lower so I could at least use my 290 SeaRay but it has it has been 3 years and I haven't gotten above 13mph. I have tried again even recently to see if there is any way I can get him to step up and do the right thing but to no avail. I feel violated for sure. If you are reading this Steve, be a stand-up guy and send me a unit or return my money.

Beware because this place is a SCAM. *********** Insurance sent my outdrives to be rebuilt by this guy, Stephen *******, of Power Boat Limited, and they were outright stolen. *********** ended up having to replace my drives with brand new ones in full. Please do not do business with this man or company. Even his website has disclaimers that it's fraudulent and to beware.
