    I have had King Mulch deliver a small truck full of mulch to my driveway for a few years now and I have always been satisfied with their service. In past years the mulch was dumped in the back of the driveway so that I could access my front walkway. This year the mulch was dumped right in front of my walkway (see pictures) so that no one can access the only walkway to my front door. Neither can I roll my trash cans out to the street curb for pick up. I am 70 years old with two knee replacements and this mulch will be blocking my sidewalk and driveway for weeks until I can disburse it. I have many friends in their sixties and seventies who will have to navigate the uneven grass to make it to my front door. I am worried that someone will fall. I would like the company to move the mulch so that the walkway to my house is accessible and that I can roll my trash cans to the street curb.

    ***BBB Note (info from duplicate complaint filed)-This is an addendum to complaint *****.I forgot to mention that the person receiving the mulch asked the truck driver to dump it further back in the driveway and he refused. Also, I called and talked to the manager and asked if someone would come and move the mulch away from the walkway and he refused. If anyone is injured attempting to get to my front door, I will pursue further action.

    The truck can't Phyiscally fit where she wanted it. The driver informed the person at the time of the delivery about this and said he can't backup any further. Rather than refuse the delivery she allowed it to be dumped in the driveway which is normal practice. She recieved exactly what she ordered. There is nothing for us to do. The product was delivered.
