    Jason and Tyler arrived on time. They introduced themselves. Explained in easy terms exactly what was going to happen and price. They left everything as they found it. Scott, the owner, followed up with photos of before and after cleaning of the air vents. I would highly recommend Ductz Air Vent Company. ****** ****** **** ******

    I must tell you that DUCTZ of the Upper Bay Region deserves more than 5 stars for being an EXCELLENT company. I have been in my house nearly 20 years and never had my ductwork cleaned. I did extensive research to understand the duct cleaning process and to see which company is qualified and worthy of my business. I looked for great reviews, called several companies, searched for NADCA certification, asked many questions, and contacted the company’s referrals. I was blown away on how all my research led me to only 1 company that checked all my boxes, deserving my business and that is DUCTZ of the Upper Bay Region.
    From the 1st time I spoke with Scott and interviewed him on behalf of my house, through the actual cleaning of my supply and return ducts (this company welcomed me watching), and ending with seeing before and after pictures of my ducts, I am thrilled to have used DUCTZ of the Upper Bay Region. I cannot believe the breathing conditions my family was living in and how badly my ducts needed to be cleaned – remember, pictures don’t lie. The best thing about this company is they didn’t try to upsell me any additional services that I didn’t need. If you never had your ducts cleaned, you don’t know the potentially harmful conditions that your loved ones are truly breathing in.
    If you want to use an honest company, with great pricing, great reviews, welcomes you watching, and quality service, give your house and your family some tender loving care by using DUCTZ of the Upper Bay Region.     this company did a great job and recommend them completely. the 2 techs explained the whole procedure, took extra care to make sure our house was protected and left it clean. showed us pictures and was glad we had it done

    We recently had our air ducts cleaned by DUCTZ. The service gentlemen arrived on time and explained the process before they began. They worked efficiently and neatly, with care for our furniture, floors and possessions. Upon completion of our job, they provided before and after photos of our ducts and the work they had done. Our servicemen were courteous and respectful and a pleasure to deal with. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone in need of their service. ******

    Scott and his entire crew are true professionals! Scott drove about an hour and a half just to come and look at our ducts just to make sure they could be cleaned. And yes, they could. Scott sent 3 crews to our home, they drove an hour and a half just to get here, as I said true professionals, they wore protective booties and place drop cloths on the floors, they had corner protectors so when their power cords or hoses went around corners, they didn't scratch the paint or trim. When finished they cleaned everything you would not even know they were here. Their prices are extremely reasonable!!! If we could give them more than 5 Stars we would!
    We highly recommend DUCTZ to anyone needing their service, you will not be disappointed!

    The entire process was effortless from scheduling thru the actual duct cleaning. Ductz does an incredible job with pictures to prove quality of cleaning. Would recommend these guys to anyone. If you haven't had your air conditioning vents cleaned, you might be surprised what you'll find --DO it now! Breathe easy & Call Ductz of the Upper Bay Region!! Thanks Jason, Scott & crew.     Scheduling with Scott, the owner, was a pleasure. It was very nice to speak to the owner of the company and have my questions answered. I had my ducts cleaned yesterday. The team did a quality job. They were very thorough, answered all my questions and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Ductz to clean your ducts.

    We were able to schedule our duct cleaning with DUCTZ very quickly. The team (Jamie, James, Scott, and Jake) arrived as scheduled and cleaned the ducts for the entire house very thoroughly (also provided before/after pictures) and were wonderful to work with. They were very professional and friendly, explained what they needed to do, worked with us to make sure our pets were as comfortable as possible during the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Ductz Duct Cleaning did an excellent job in every way...promptness, professional and thorough. The before and after photos that were provided of our ductwork proved just how effective their duct cleaning was. We also appreciated the extra effort that they took to protect our floors, walls, etc. while they worked. We could not have found a better duct cleaning company. We will recommend Ductz to anyone we know who is in need of having their ductwork cleaned.
