    On June 12, 2024 I made a deposit of $2,000.00 for All About Waterproofing to do a job here at my house! On June 18, 2024 I sent ***** ****** an email asking for a refund of my deposit... no work was done.On June 19, 2024 I again reached out to ***** through a text for a refund once again!On June 22, 2024 I sent another email and no reply!On June 26, 2024 I finally got through to *****, he said he was on vacation! I asked him for a refund On June 28, 2024 only refunded $1300 On Aug 3, 2024 sent a certified letter to ***** through **** On Aug 8, 2024 I asked ***** to return the rest of the deposit On Aug 14, 2024 I sent an email asking for full refund On Aug 22, 2024 sent another email asking for a full refund Sept 3, 2024 still no refund of remaining balance of $700 No work was done at all, he should refund the full amount of my deposit.
