      This is an awful company to deal with. They delivered to my neighbors who is not a pep ip customer. The incompetent driver realized he was wrong and laughed and gave me a bill for both tanks. I have to fight every year to have the minimum delivery required fee removed, even though I more than qualify for their requirements. I am on an automatic delivery and still had to call to get a refill, which they failed to complete prior to a snow storm and dangerously cold temps. Their customer service rep, Rebecca and supervisor, Walt are completely unprofessional. This company is extremely unreliable, not reputable, and fails in every single accept of running a business. Keith should be ashamed and embarrassed.

We do have a delivery on the schedule for you on 1/7/2025 (tomorrow), as long as the winter weather conditions are safe for our drivers.       Poor communication. Raised rental fees without informing customers. Changed delivery plan without informing us. Pretty much stated that they are about making money and customer service be damned. Customer service rep stated "contracts are meaningless over time. I have many contracts that are no longer the same as when I signed them." If you can go with another company, do it.
