    This has been happening for a long time. Most recent dates and videos are:

    Monday January 9th: The recycle can was up on the grass next to the mailbox out of the USPS Postal Carriers way. As you can see by this video it was not put back where it was moved from. It was slid back, hit the curb and then flew backwards landing in the street blocking the mailbox and damaging the can.

It was slid back and stopped not only blocking the USPS Postal Carrier from getting to the mailbox, but blocking the driveway as well.

    The County tells me the rules are it should be put back where it was moved from. It never is. In fact, the normal is that they toss it back and the mailman often cannot get to the mailbox.

    This is the first complaint we have received from this claimant.  We reviewed the ring video of the incident and it clearly shows we did not damage the recycling can. The recycling can was put back within 2 feet of the original placement which is more than acceptable.  Furthermore one of our team members communicated with the claimant this information and also to Baltimore County.  The video does not show that it is in fact a very busy street and there are other vehicles that travel up and down the street.  Such as numerous delivery vehicles such as ***** **** ****** ****** *** *** to name a few.  Any of these vehicles could of interacted with the claimants recycling can after we emptied it and damaged it.
