    On the night of April 2, 2003 at 10:15 we were asked to be quit in our rooms, the room beside us made false statements and the black suit security treated us with disrespect not only in our room but in the casino lobby. Embarrassing me in front of other patrons, ***** was head of security that night, after security treated us so terrible other patrons came up to us and told us how un professional security was and how disrespectful that was to us, patrons Also told us how calm and polite I was. I could go on on, but trying to make a long story short

    won 25oo dollars on june XX XXXX had no identification came back 10 days later to claim paid taxes and the rest was intercepted by marylands central collection agency. upon calling said agencies was informed neither my name or social security was in there system. called casino got no response told to call ccu back did that sent copies of my i.d. and s.s.number to them got them to investigate was given phone number when i called back disconnected.Called casino got ahold of accounting ws told they would handle it now they wont respond. Am frustrsted getting a run around.
