    Back in November Lucky 13 arrived at *** ********* ******** ****** because my van lost power. After two attempts I was told this was a problem with the alternator. The next day I did another roadside assistance call for it to be towed. Lucky 13 was once again on the call. The same gentleman that I saw last night. He explained it would be several hours so I went to retrieve things needed and my daughter's wheelchair. The van was still there the same as I left it. Later that evening through the app I saw that my van was delivered. I went home to check but it wasn't there. I then proceeded to go back to the shopping center. Halfway there I saw the tow truck with my van. I turned around. When I got home the van was still on the truck. He explained that he had trouble getting the van on the truck and I reminded him that the alternator wasn't working. The gentleman dropped the van off of the truck and left. I ran to get my oldest from practice and came home. I went to see the alternator so I knew the parts needed the next day and with it now being daylight the front, the sides, and inside of my van was a huge bump in between the driver's seat and passenger seat. I called my insurance. I contacted Lucky 13. I was first told that the damage was there because I couldn't drive it home because of damage to the driver's door. That was a lie. For over a month I have tried to get Lucky 13 to except responsibility. My wife was hung up on... The owner wanted to go to Timbrook himself for the van. He wanted to fix it himself. I told him no. They are refusing to take responsibility for the damages done to my van.

    Good morning, this event started back in November of 2022, my boss did ask to go to timbrook to see the van and work with the decker family, was denied, afterwards his insurance contacted our office and I worked with them and my insurance company on a claim however it was denied because our truck didn’t cause that damage, we recently within the past two weeks have towed them again out of a ditch the drivers where made to take photos and such so we wouldn’t run in to this issue again; we like happy customers

    I am rejecting this response because: They did not tow out of a ditch. Our insurance company used them to tow us from D&D motors. D&D was going to put in a new alternator.
