      I discussed having Duraclean Services door repair work at **************************************** (an investment property) in November 2022 with their representative ****. During this discussion, **** stated that Duraclean does not perform any services that were not approved by the insurance carrier; which I agreed to based on the statement. Duraclean submitted a work order to Allstate ($2,600); who approved the work. Duraclean submitted an additional work order for a second bedroom, this order was not approved by ******** nor was the work authorized by me- as stated earlier, I informed Duraclean that I would only agree to work approved by ******** and would not agree to any work that I would have to pay out of pocket not covered by insurance. Despite this, Duraclean performed the work on the second bedroom and is seeking payment of $1,472- work that ******** (10/22 estimate only for 1 bedroom), I did not authorize or agree to be performed; the company has contacted Allstate multiple times (since October 2023); who told Duraclean the additional work order was not approved. Duraclean has never provided an approved invoice or work order for performing the work on the 2nd bedroom (not covered in the original work order). All work authorized and approved by ******** in the original work order has been paid to Duraclean ($1,539).

      On July 4,2023 i went downstair to my basement to retrieve something, and my ceiling in the corner had fell down, i called my daughter and we noticed it came from the kitchen, so we rain upstairs open my cabinet and water came out. I called my homeowner insurance company and file a claim, they assign the work to a company called Duraclean, who came on July 12,23, i will send pictures, they knocked out the walls in the basement, then came upstairs pull out the floor in the kitchen it was mold in the walls and floor, very bad, they left 7 machines running 24 hours 7 day. Someon came by everyday to see if it was dry/clean, on the 19th took the fans out the basement, left the 2 in the kitchen. Steve came by on the 20th to complete the estimate. August 3,2023 different men came took my sink and dishwasher out, and while doing so forgot to turn water off and it leak downstains again. I live in my home with not sink, dishwasher and no drawer. My 2 year old Boxes got very sick took to the hospital and she died June 30,2023, i feel due to the mold. I have called ********** my insurance company will not get a response or called back, Duraclean called 8-22-23 spoke to me so nasty and disrespectful, i hung up. They have let a senior citizen in her home with a mess, I have had to wash dishes in the bathroom sink, how do you mix urine and dishes in the same room. Please help me.I have 2 checks for this company alone with my deductible and no contract with the exception of what my insurance sent me before all the work was included, Duraclean swears they sent me papers in my email when the new manager, i think name is Steve, thought he had the papers but would send them through the worker, i have never recieved anything. They don't care, or seems to want to complete what they did. I need some assistance please, i will do anything to get my home back to where it was before this incident.

      This company refuses to inspect their work after a problem is reported and take 6-7 months to return to the property or even return a call, this issue has been ongoing since April 2019. As of today, I still today don't have a leveled tile floor free of lippage or grouting that was treated with any stain blockers or even grouting with a sealant. Not once did this company return to seal their faulty job. I was previously working with an employee from you company who assured me the matter would be resolved. I was told he has since
      left the company. Prior to that, the previous employee who regrouted was either medically unwell or a chronically intoxicated employee.

      The tile floors installed by your company failed to retain grouting and showed
      signs of deterioration immediately after application of grout, no one ever returned to seal my floors. The Ceramic Tile Education Foundation warns that shortcuts such as these are signed a company has provided unqualified labor.

      From inception, I clearly specified to the installing contractor that 1 to 3 tiles
      were set at varying heights. The tile floors are the very first thing you see when
      you enter my home, and this compromises my property value. Lippage causes tile cracks.

      It is a disgrace that an American corporation in your own backyard would treat
      any Veteran with such carelessness and disregard. It's nauseating to see this is how we treat our Disabled War Vet, who isn't asking for a handout but rather the full value of the job the company was paid to do.

      I have to move on with my life and I am being prevented from doing so because
      the professional service your company was entrusted to perform has yet to be
      executed. I am requesting you make good on this contract and
      do your job, provide me with leveled, lippage-less tile and grouting that will remain intact executed by an accredited tile professional who is up to date with all the steps required in tile install. That was always the assignment anyhow.
