    Surrey Square has proven to be very unprofessional by filing untimely incorrect documents. I lived in Surrey Square almost 7 years ago. I moved when my lease was up because of bedbugs. My building was infested and they refused to treat my unit because of my service dog. Every unit was treated except mine. The bed bugs took over my unit and I was forced to move out. I complained several times, to no avail. Once I moved they wanted to charge me for carpet because my dog dug a hole in the carpet in a corner. Otherwise there was no damage to the unit and no past due balance. Six years later I receive a collection notice from the credit bureaus saying I owed Surrey Square over $9000. No way possible. They never took me to court for non payment of rent or damages. I did a move out inspection as well. There is no way I owe that money. I have rental receipts and tried resolving the matter several times. The property manager won't even return my calls. At this point I will use every form of recourse I can find to get this resolved. This has negatively effected my credit score and has caused my family undue hard ship. Next I will be pursuing litigation.
