    This company need zero stars. My warranty company hired them back in December now it Jan24,2024 I still have got anything done. If u call them the answer the phone so ghetto and unprofessional I have to ask is this business because you here people in back ground cussing and stuff. I lm sick of them lying to me and my warranty company I think they don’t no what they doing they keep sending this same man out which I stated over and over I don’t want him he keep saying same thing every time he come her got keep coming back don’t have his equipment lent he need no work bag no ID no credentials no work a truck a uhual so I don’t no if he license or not the owner probably license he just his side help. I told them he look like he under the influence of something eyes red just don’t look right. He never show up like he say never call say he not coming he showed up before at my house 930pm at night to fix my shower o told him he not coming in my house. So he showed up a few days later still saying he got to replace the faucet and go in wall so I said ok whatever got yo get done he said he going call them let them know. Never heard back call warranty people again they call said they going send different person out he came said he don’t know what going on they didn’t give him no information so he look said ok year they probably got to replace the knobs to stop link so I said that what the other man said and that it behind the wall so he call his boss let him no and reschedule to come back out so I said I need a Saturday appointment he said ok because y’all don’t never show up like y’all suppose to do I keep rescheduling so this been going on an on back and forth with them both they give me Saturday appointment no show no call I call warranty people again they called them the. Gave me another appointment they said the same man I said no to but he suppose to came on a Saturday he show up Friday these people are stressing me out both of them warranty just hired hood people
