    PLEA*E help or direct me to someone that is able to help. I keep getting the run around and this has become very discouraging. I went to Docs Dental - Ft ***** in 10/2023. I did not receive the promised services or dentures. Dr * Dicks was replaced by Dr **** ******* 04/2024, when she made new dentures. *he did not care that the dentures were uncomfortable and actually hurt. I told her before leaving her office that day and when I returned a few days later. I have talked to a *ervice *** that was visiting the day of my return visit. *he promised to research and get back with me. NEVER happened. July 2024 I contacted ****************. They replied sorry Docs Dental is not In Network contact Maryland *tate Board of Dental Examiners. Did that 09/2024. They replied we can't help. I went back into the office on ************* 11/2024. The Office manager ****** ******* promised (yet again) to research and reply. Never happened. I went back into the office a couple of weeks ago. Ms ******* no longer works there and no one else picked up my case. I believe I was charged for services not rendered and the dentures I received will never be worn. I have dentures now so I know the difference between getting used to and PAIN. I told Dr **** ******* the same day she kept me in the office trying and trying to adjust. These dentures DO NOT FIT. I do not want Docs Dental to replace them...they can have them back. Again I have wasted money and will never wear them. Please return my money so I can go to an In Network dentist and get the proper upper dentures.*ponsor: ******** ******* - ********, **
