Although this house was new renovated, I wanted a thorough inspection. Mr. *** is prompt and professional; his inspection was very thorough and caught numerous items that I had not even thought of. This is my second home purchase with his company. I chose him over the company provided by my real estate agent because he is so thorough. It was an outstanding experience.

I just finished the Home Inspector Course at ***. Ditanyan is an exceptional educator with infectious charisma. He really goes above the standard by sharing personal experiences from the field and exceptional business tidbits. This company provides a thorough investigation of the air quality in your dwelling. The technician was very prompt and professional. He also took the time to educate me on the process as well as the findings once they were available. Mr. Ditanyan was WONDERFUL to deal with. He was helpful, kind and patient with me and my 73-year-old Mother. I appreciated how he took the time to explain everything, his wonderful demeanor was very calming in a very stressful situation. Communication was seamless and his pricing is fabulous. Ditanyan Sye of DS Home Inspection Services was incredibly thorough, professional, and responsive to our home inspection needs. He was able to fit us in on a tight timeline and we received the home inspection report the same day as the inspection. The report included detailed photographs and videos with detailed explanations which allowed us to easily communicate with the home builder on issues that needed to be corrected before closing. We plan on using his services again in 11 months prior to our 1 year warranty meeting with the builder. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing a home inspection.DS Home Inspection Services LLC
