    Date Purchased: September 17, 2023 Received incorrect sweat shirt: October 18, 2023 Returned to vendor at an in-person event: October 20, 2023 I ordered an original vintage sweatshirt from this vendor on 9/17/2023 after weeks of no contact or shipping information I emailed. They then sent out a sweatshirt in which was a newer homecoming edition in which I did not order. I approached the vendor at **** homecoming and explained the new edition was not what I ordered. I attempted to exchange on site but the vendor didn't have my size in the original style. Vendor agreed to exchange my shirt if returned and said they would send a shipping label for return. I shared the sweatshirt was in my possession and I would return it. Vendor agreed to mail out the original sweatshirt purchased the following week and asked me to send an email. I sent an email describing what we discussed. After two weeks I followed-up with the vendor and received no response. I have followed-up with the vendor via *********, email 6-8 times, and began to post comments on their post as of this week. I have received no response. I truly would like my merchandise and no refund as I had the shirt before and enjoyed it but needed a new one. This is my last resort as the owner is completely ignoring me and Ive come to this conclusion as the business has been posting updates on their social media account and deleting my recent comments about my merchandise.I dont have any merchandise to show for this order. The wrong shirt I received was returned. I truly just want what I ordered and to be done.

    On or about March 18, 2023 I purchased to items from cultured savage with an expected delivery date of two weeks. I have sent two emails with no response. My total is 47.50.

    I ordered a sweatshirt from The Cultured Savage and received Order No. *****. I placed the order on November 22, 2022. I did not receive the sweatshirt I ordered. I received two sweatsuits I did not order. I emailed the business to let them know I received the wrong items. They advised to send a picture of what I received so they could track down my order. I sent them the picture but never heard from them again. I sent several messages to get them to follow-up but they did not respond. They need to refund my money or send me what I ordered.

    I ordered some merchandise from The Cultured Savage Clothing on 10/26/2022/ and have yet to receive my merchandise as of 12/11/2022. This is poor business practice and I'll never spend my money again with these individuals.
