      Can’t say enough good things about Cari and her team. Our three story row home is spotless after every clean and they go above and beyond with special touches. Not to mention they are in and out quickly. Highly recommend.

      This business is outstanding! Their cleaning talents are second to none. They have helped us with last-minute projects, which they did graciously, even if it was the end of the day. Cari is generous, warm and detail- oriented. We are so lucky to have found them.

      Worst service ever!!! This company has no integrity at all. First of all they advertise as a 24 hour business which is untrue, they can barely find staff to work in the evenings. They also claim to guarantee 3+ cleaners for a larger home but then Stephanie (the office manager) called right before the appointment to state they only had two staff members available and begged for their cleaners to come earlier because staff couldn't work late due to having children. Second, the owner shows up to provide service in short inappropriate "hot pants" which were the equivalent of underwear. Next, one of the staff members who just had a baby, was around 19 years old and had to go back to the car before finishing the job due to post partum pain. I felt very sorry for the young lady because I couldn't a imagine a company making someone come into work when they should have been on maternity leave. Then they rushed through the cleaning process and left many rooms uncleaned properly with dust and dirt everywhere, including the ceiling fans. I have several pictures of their poor work but this review doesn't allow me to add attachments. When asked if certain areas were cleaned because of the speed in which they completed the job, the owner lied and stated yes. She and the other guy on the crew ran out of the house extremely fast without agreeing to reclean any of the areas that were clearly left undone. The owner had the audacity to state she could address the issues at the next cleaning, if I hired her on a recurring basis. This experience was terrible for my family and I and the only reason I gave this company a chance was because they are listed on the BBB's website. I wish I could give them zero stars as they do not deserve anything more and definitely did not earn the money I was forced to pay them. Please beware, don't waste your time, money, energy, or resources on this company. They are extremely unprofessional and sadly will probably be going out of business soon.
