5 starsI have had all my questions answered and I always could get a hold of customer service. I got contacted about what to do with creditors that continued to call me or send me letters of collection. If I got served with court docs I had the attorney number to call.Review fromMichele F

5 starsI contracted with DebtRx 3 years ago to assist with a large set of unsecured debts I could not keep up with due to developing a disability and losing my employment. The initial person I dealt with was and is caring, knowledgeable, honest and very good at what he does. The company itself has worked with me through ups and downs over the past 3 years to secure my ability to deal with these debts and has done a wonderful job at reducing the debts themselves and the negative impact upon my credit, my psyche and my budget! I could not rate DebtRx any higher than excellent! My experience with them has been ideal for the service they provide. 5 stars honestly and willingly given from a disabled retiree and US veteran.
