    I enrolled in an online course with M Power Education accompanied by a scholarship program from my local ******* **** and paid tuition upfront. Over the course of about 6 weeks of working with the school and becoming increasingly disappointed with the organization, I decided to request a refund based on poor performance on the part of some of their staff, despite my average of 93%. I submitted a written request on 10/19/22 and on 10/20/22 a director called, verified my address, and told me I should see "it" in 4-6 weeks. On 12/12/22, after I left a couple messages the same director that called me, referred me to another person. By 12.21.22 this person promised my refund, but couldn't offer any updates. I haven't heard from any one since. I have all emails and documents. Basic agreement is attached, but I'm not sure how to properly share emails. After requesting a refund, I was locked out of the platform and now I don't have access to the program I paid for or the refund promised.

    I forwarded the email thread to Heather ****** Dispute Resolution Specialist **************************  And I hope that contains the entire thread, I selected "forward all".  And yes, this is a complaint against M Power Education.  Through this process I've noticed mention of a few different company names, but the institution was called M Power Education.  Thank you very much for your efforts.
