      I hired this company to come and do a crawl space encapsulation. The area under my house is a tight area in some parts it is only 24in high but they said they could do the work and we agreed on the price. Also just to know this was also part of Potomac edisons rebate program so they are the ones that were referred to me by Potomac Edison to do the work. After paying the deposit they came out three diffrent days and did the work as quoted well that is what I thought. The main area that I was concerned about was the area under my kitchen cabinets and they were aware if this. After they were done I went under there and they did do most of the work at least the areas that you could see but when I got to the area that was my big concern they had done nothing at all but stick about two bags of garbage back there and did not even put any plastic down or sprayfoam the walls not only that but then they sent me a bill for the cost of the full job. Luckly I did not pay everything I held back a small percent and if they will do that to me who is to say they will not do it to someone else or maybe they have done it to other customers also.
