I had a great experience working with ****** and ***** from EstateMAX on a rather large sale. After the initial meeting to review the process and items to sell, ****** and ***** came back and photographed most of the items for social media and even posted a video on *******! The four day sale was a great success. After the sale they cleaned out the house, donated acceptable items to ******** and the unsellable items were disposed of.
I quickly received payment, receipts, and the donation list. I highly recommend EstateMAX and would definitely use them in the future.

5 starsMy brother and I live out of state and needed to clear my parent’s house. They had lived in this house for over 40 years and it was really full. The Estate Max team did two visits to the house to understand the scope of the project. They set the date, advertised and executed the sale. After the sale they thoroughly cleaned out the house of trash and items for donation. This was all accomplished in time to meet the deadline to put the house on the market. 5 starsLaurie and Steve did a great job at handling my estate sale. The internet marketing was excellent and most of my things sold. I moved out of my house, took what I wanted from my possessions, and left the rest behind for them to sell. Every time I made a phone call with a question, I received a timely response . . . from my initial phone call to questioning things I left behind. The house was left empty and clean and ready for the realtor to put on the market. I received my portion of the sale very quicky along with an itemized statement. 5 starsLaurie and her team did an amazing job! My Aunt's house was FILLED with STUFF and they did an amazing job marketing, advertising, and selling the items from her home. We were extremely pleased with the entire process including "clean out" of everything that was left that didn't sell. We had planned to hire a cleaning person after the sale, but their clean out was more than satisfactory and paying for additional cleaning wasn't necessary. Her price was reasonable as was the cleanout at the end. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs to sell and/or clear a property.Review fromJudy O

They realized from the onset that mine was not going to be a typical run-of-the-mill job, but they took it on nevertheless. Thank you for your courage! You worked tirelessly for hours on end inside and outside of my home, dealing with a vast array of unusual collections in addition to the large amount of household items while under challenging time constraints. Words cannot convey my heartfelt appreciation for your help, your support, your professional guidance and work ethic. 5 starsWhat a wonderful business to deal with! All expectations were surpassed and a great stress reliever. My home was packed full with all my little treasures accumulated over many years that needed a new home as I downsized to an apartment. Laurie and crew were amazed at the many unique items I had and advised it would be a great sale and great it was! They handled every detail in organizing my precious items to show off their beauty. Their setup made my home look like a prestigious vintage store. When the sale was completed everything was sold. My home was returned to me ready for the real estate photographer. 5 starsMy husband and I are the Power of Attorneys for a friend who recently moved into assisted living. We needed to sell his house and therefore needed to sell the contents of his house and the items from his antique consignment collections. Laurie was very helpful in guiding us as to if an estate sale was the way to go or not. She was able to quickly schedule and handle all the details of the sale in a very professional manner. Her communication was great. She attended the 3 day sale, managed the donation of the items that did not sell and the clean out the house following the sale. The house was spotless when we went to check it. It relieved us of the stress of figuring out what to do with everything plus provided some income for our friend. 5 starsWe chose Estate Max to assist with selling 30+ years of belongings and memories from our parent's home. We were feeling overwhelmed and Laurie and her team were professional, reliable and took care of everything for us. They had a two day estate sale and donated items that didn't sell. Her team performed an amazing job cleaning the house afterwards too. I would highly recommend this company!
