    I hired this company ETC Roofing (Jason C***) to install a new flat Bitumen roof in March 2022,. In June, 2022 there was a water leak to the third floor bedroom. the company did not response until August 11, 2022 and worker came and caulked and said that they would return to address the standing water on the roof towards back of house. Contacted Jason the next week and have heard nothing. Contacted again Sept 27, 2022 giving him a week to response to me. I have received nothing. Had my gutter cleaned this week and worker confirmed that there is standing water on the back of the roof. I have a 10 year warranty with this company. For what is they will not come and correct the issue of standing water.

    I do apologize for the lack of response. It's been a very difficult year for us. No excuse. Mrs. ******** was a good customer and she paid for the work to be done. I will contact Mrs. ******** today and set up a time and day to take another look at the area. From a contractors standpoint I would say that with flat roof systems the manufacturers state that standing water is to be expected. If the standing water dissipates within 2 days than that is acceptable. We do have before and after pictures and the same area had ponding water prior to the new roof being installed. We did add tapered insulation to try and correct the issue, however, there seems to be something with the edge holding the water back. I'm assuming the fascia board and gutter may be too high. We will address the issue and try to have it corrected in the next week or two.

    So far, I have not been contacted by the company. Just very disappointed in the customer service.
