We wanted a shower to replace a Jacuzzi tub in our master bath. At the Capital Remodel + Garden Show at ****** **** ****** on February 24, Brent described Renken's services, offered a discount & scheduled a site visit. On March 1, Joe visited our home to discuss our project & gave us a proposal that we accepted. On March 31, Dan took measurements to order materials. On May 13-14, Mahadi did excellent work to remove the existing tub & tile, redo the plumbing & electrical & install a new 60" x 36" shower. It includes a ******* marble wall system, 3 shelves, chrome fixtures, dual bypass doors & window frame. Renken was responsive to all our requests & we are very happy with the new shower.

Renken Remodeling was amazing! We found them at the home show and they were very nice and professional with us. They answered a ton of questions we had. As we were going through the demo and then the remodel, each member of the team was courteous and respectful. They consistently worked with me when I decided to make changes to the plan. Kisha from Sales was so nice and happy. The Design team, Amber, Dan and Brent were always attentive to our questions and changes. The demo was seamless. They paid very close attention making sure the rest of the house was not interrupted. The install was fast. By the 2nd week, both bathrooms were complete! I pay very close attention to the details and Renken went above and beyond my expectations. I knew that picking Renken Remodeling was the right choice! Thank you, Renken and your entire team. I had an outstanding tub to shower conversion experience with Renken Remodeling from the initial sales call thru the final install. Every person I dealt with throughout the entire transaction was friendly, courteous & highly professional. I especially commend my installer, Mehdi, a craftsman par excellence! He was able to overcome a few weird install issues & willingly put in the time to fully complete the install in one day.
I am a very pleased customer & will use Renken Remodeling again for any future remodeling needs.
