    In May of 2023 I took two barreled action to 2A Guns and Ammo at *********************************************** (1) 35 ****** Mauser and (1) Siamese Mauser 45/70 and containers with the receiver parts in ******* took 6 months to get the barrels blued. When I went to pick up barreled act.the receiver parts were not with them they were lost in the store. once they found the parts it took 6 months to get themback .They return b sets of the receiver parts in a plastic shopping bag mixed together. I looked in bag but could not tell if anything was missing.Once i had achance to put the parts on the receiver I found the two screws to the Siamese trigger guard were missing I have been contacting them for the two months and they made no effort to find them or replace them all I get is excuses lip service

    After gathering all the facts, The customer brought in a box of loose parts and a barrel to be blued. We sent the parts out to Farrars bluing. We received all the parts and barrel back and gave them to the customer. He comes back claiming that there were parts missing. We went back over with the bluing company and confirmed we have given everything back to the customer. The bluing company ordered replacement screws as requested by me and will give the customer them for free once they come in. Please note this is a very old firearm that the client took apart and gave us loose parts. He is very unclear on what he gave us to begin with.
