    On August 31, 2024, I placed an order with Curvy Girl Boutique online for 8 items with a total purchase price of $387.25. Of the 8 items, I received 6. Upon receiving the 6 items, I informed the business via email on September 7 that the incorrect size was sent for a UltraSoft Leopard Dreams Cardigan. I ordered a medium, but received a large. The business responded promptly and a return label was sent to me on September 10 to return the item. I have proof of delivery of the return noting it was delivered to the business on September 12, but still have not received the correct size, a refund, or a response to my many emails in regard to this item. I'm also still pending 2 additional items in this order. A Ultra Soft Hooded Top (Mauve) size medium and a large Pumpkin Spice Sweatshirt. I received an email on September 26 noting that these two items were shipped, but the email did not contain a tracking number. I have sent numerous emails requesting the tracking number and an update on these two items (Ultra Soft Hooded Top and Pumpkin Spice Sweatshirt) and have yet to receive a response. The cost of each of these items are: $65.73 (tax included) for the UltraSoft Leopard Dreams Cardigan, $30.74 (tax included) for the Ultra Soft Hooded Top, and $48.76 (tax included) for the Pumpkin Spice Sweatshirt. Total cost of the three items $145.23. Prior to this incident I had not encountered any issues ordering and receiving items from this business so I'm in complete shock with how the situation with these three items have been handled.
