    This store is a complete ****. When I ordered a product from their website for my newborn baby, I was appalled at what they had sent me. The quality of the item was so terribly bad there was no way I would ever let my newborn near it. When I went to return the item, the customer service lady was beyond frustrating and kept telling me that the item was good. They refused to refund my money and after 15 emails back and forth, I finally just gave up. I couldn't believe how they treated me as a customer, I'm almost at a total loss for words. So buyers please beware, the quality of the products on this website are terrible and the customer service is even worse.

    Do not purchase from this store. I have been trying for 3 weeks to return the item I bought that is too small for my child. Their customer service has stopped responding to my emails and now I am stuck with an unusable item. They are unprofessional.

    I purchased the Newborn Baby fixed position and anti roll pillow. Waste of money, poor quality and took forever to receive. Packaging looks like a 2nd grader packed it. Arrived in a balled up mess!!!! Worse purchase I have ever made. Sad thing is, this was “suppose” to help my baby sleep! These people should be ashamed!

    If there was an option for “zero” stars that’s my pick. I paid priority and it took a very long time to even offer a tracking. The item is wrong and they do not have a phone number to speak with a representative. I basically paid $60 for nothing. This is so wrong. I needed this item for a newborn baby, and I got horribly scammed.
