      My first time seeing Dr. ******* was 10-11-24, for painful bones spurs in my neck that gives me pinch nerves to my shoulders, bulging disk in my lower back, multiple degenerative breakdown of bones in my neck, and spine, painful peroneal tendinitis in my left ankle, and tendinitis in my right wrist . The reason I was referred to Dr. ******* was because my ***** has tried everything else, every muscle relaxers, and non-narcotic treatments, physical therapy, aquatic therapy, and chiropractors. These ailments cause me terrible mobility issues. I cannot go up and down stairs and I live on the 3rd fl. alone with no elevator and I'm currently in the process of moving to a first floor, therefore I stay with my sister most times. After my meeting with Dr. ******* and after suffering for so long without relief of these increasingly permeating debilitating pains, I went to pick up the medicine ordered and was told that my Dr. ******* a* MUSCLE RELAXER which was tried on me before with other doctors, this is the reason I was referred to her. I felt like she didnt listen to me or respect the pain I'm in. Also the person named ****** in Dr. ********* office who was suppose to help me did not call me back . I tried for two weeks to get medicine to relieve my pain with no resolve or phone call back. I went to the office personally 2 times for help without an appointment bit the promisis i received from front desk to hear from someone was not kept. I then had to get my insurance to call for me because I was not getting help. On 10-29-24 the Doctor said it was a mistake and changed the name. She ordered a NARCOTIC medication 7.5 **************************** 325 1 pill a day for 30 days, anyone on pain meds know if its gotten this serious to the point your doctor sends you to pain management then this is serious pain I'm dealing with, this was a slap in the face because this took the worst pain down a notch for 2 hrs then I was back in full excruciating pain all day and waking

      I received a bill from my provider and the front desk told me they billed me incorrectly, and to call. I called ###-###-#### to discuss the bill and have it resent to insurance/reviewed. I was advised it would not be sent to collections while it was being reviewed. I received the updated bill in the mail but it was the same charges for 1282.40. I called my insurance to discuss, we reviewed dos that were correct and that I owe and we discovered a dos that insurance says I am being balance billed for. Insurance called the office to discuss and get corrected, office eventually said they would send the 2/8 dos for review. Insurance is starting the process of sending the office balance billing notifications. I called the office to pay what I owe while the 2/8 is under review and request for the claim to be pulled from collections. I was told they cannot pull a claim from collections once it has been sent nor can they accept any payment. I requested to speak on the supervisor but was advised they’d call within 48 hours. I called the collection agency to dispute the claim being sent to collections. I don’t know what else to do to get this pulled from collections so I can pay correct amount and not have this on my credit.
