    Roto rooter has been here 7 times since 11-8-22. I've included receipts for each visit except for 7-5 as they did not give me one. There are multiple problems with all the work they've done. Originally called for a backup of sewage in the tub and toilet on 11-8. Nate told me he broke my water line and had to replace it along with a 30' section of sewer line. He left to get parts and was gone for over an hour then replaced what he broke and charged me for parts and 4hrs. Tech did not replace insulation or heat tape as requested left all trash On 11-26 Nate returned due to another clog in sewer line and again broke my pipe and charged me for the parts. He also advised I replace the sewer line after he just replaced it. Also told me the septic needed pumped and charged me an emergency fee due to holiday. Again tech did not replace insulation or heat tape as requested 12-1 septic pumped and tech told me it wasn't even half full and he wasn't sure why they told me to have it pumped 1-6 water line broke over Christmas due to freeze, we were without water for almost 2 weeks. It was discovered that Nate did not ever replace the insulation that he charged me for on 2 different occasions. He tried to rewrap old insulation back around the pipes that he broke leaving a section exposed to elements. Spoke with **** a mgr, told him everything, he came out and replaced sections of pipe that were damaged due to ***** negligence but told more pipes need replaced 1-26 **** returned to replace more pipes that were damaged due to ***** negligence and finally put heat tape on 5-17 clog claimed there were wipes and sludge in the pipe but I know that's a lie as we do not use wipes 6-5 clog said there was toilet paper and sludge. Didn't leave invoice for this visit. 7-5 clog and sewage leaking under house. Lady refused to help due to balance owed was rude and hung up on me when I threatened to report them Total: $2562.01 Please help they caused all this and wont fix it, there's more too.
