      Dear Mr. ********************* you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Our technician identified a leaking coil via an electronic leak detector and leak detector bubbles during the initial inspection as we discussed on the phone, which was replaced accordingly. However, subsequent issues arose due to a failed transducer, not related to the coil replacement. While we understand your frustration, the diagnosis and repair were performed diligently based on our findings. We stand by the integrity of our service and equipment assessment

      I am rejecting this response because:

      To Warner service manager
      I was sitting next to the tech that was doing the original diagnoses, and never left his side. I never saw any leak detector bubbles, as a matter of fact he had a hard time getting any 
      reading (beeping noise with his electronic leak detector on sensitive setting). It is pretty clear that the coil was not the problem. After it was replaced, the problem (compressor fast cycling)
      continued to do so as the two techs who replaced the coil drove down the street. They did not tell us they did not fix the problem. Not until the transducer was replaced did the problem stop.
      I am requesting a refund in the amount of $2684 due to a misdiagnosis and a faulty repair of my heating system.( If not I would like to go to arbitration).

      The business committed to providing me a solution to my water heater having dumped water all over my basement. After having a technician come out, he sold me on a separate valve for my water main, which to my knowledge is fine, as I am obviously not a professional in this area. However, they sold me a separate piece for my water heater, totaling $254.00, to which after installing and charging me, they were unable to get my water heater to turn on for a different reason, therefore being unable to prove that the work they charged me for had solved any problem at all. They recommended I call the manufacturer, who scoffed at me when I told them what Warner was trying to charge me, and recommended I go elsewhere. After this phone call, I called Warner and explained what had exactly happened. I spoke with the apparent sales manager, Josh, who said he would look at my paperwork and see what they could do to refund me. He never called me back. I called three separate times after this and was told each time he was "busy" and would call me later. He never did. Warner has made no attempt to right this. I even expressed that I appreciated the valve work and was not looking to refund that, which would also cover the cost of the technician coming to my house to begin with. I simply wanted a refund on the part and service for the irrelevant work done. I called multiple times before scheduling the other water heater replacement but as I have a 1 year old, no hot water was impacting our living situation and I was forced to move forward with it.
