    This company preys on the vulnerable. Besides from the less than 500 sq ft area they called a 1 bedroom apartment that had code violations all over it and costing us 1100 on our second lease, there was an electrical fire in the building and we lost everything. This company refused to relocate us, kept our deposit money, and verbally told my disabled other half that they wouldn't put us into another property because our apartment smelled like dirty urine. Funny, that wasn't mentioned in the congratulatory letter of lease renewal. They pocketed our $2000 deposit, and erased our access to the rental portal. They threw my property which included civil war and turn of the century antique furniture from my great grandfather into a heap in the backyard as if we were evicted. They threw outside furniture and our outdoor equipment not damaged in the fire into a heap. Our jewelry was stolen. Our three cats that perished in the blaze were thrown on top of one another in a box and placed within the heap of trash. We were texted "our cats were in a box with a picture on top". That picture was my other half's Ireland family crest. They didn't secure our items after the fire and my original artworks which included signed original prints and original water colors were stolen. They're a corrupt company. They do not deserve any sort of accreditation from the BBB, whatsoever.
