    This being our first experience living in a neighborhood with an HOA has not been a positive one and this is purely down to one in particular Richard S****** has been nothing but a predator when it comes to any type of violation.
    Not only is he extremely condescending but he makes you feel under attack in your own home. We were under the impression that the HOA is there for our benefit to keep the neighborhood to a certain standard which we appreciate. We do not appreciate being targeted by a man who is purely on a power trip any opportunity he gets. Both our neighbors have had an unpleasant experience with this man as have many other community members. He needs to be removed from here so that we can enjoy the home we purchased without feeling micromanaged and disrespected anytime there may be an issue.
    We do not feel supported by this company and wouldn’t recommend them to any other communities looking for HOA representation.

    PMP is completely unresponsive to both email and phone call. We are trying to get them to approve our addition of a deck to our house, which are are required to get from them. After one month from our initial contact, we received a reply stating they need pictures of what it will look like before they will review. We responded very quickly with this info and requested confirmation that it was received and satisfactory; we have not received this and the contractor is trying to schedule the install now.
    I began calling at least once per day and my call is never answered by the person responsible for submitting this and they have never returned my call. One time I called into the reception who sent me to the same person, where I waited on hold for 15 minutes before the call was just ended with no one picking up to say anything.
