I saw a Staff Member virtually on 9/13/22 and 10/10/22. I explained a had no copay as I had met my out of pocket maximum. I was still charge a $25.00 copay for each visit. I have been trying for a month to get my $50.00 credited back to my charge card. I left messages the week of October 31 without returned calls. On November 3rd, I spoke with Mary at 1:07 pm and again, I left a message looking for my credit and I wanted to know when the claims were filed because I do not see my EOBs on the Aetna website. On November 8th, I spoke with Vanessa and expressed my frustration that I could not reach anyone in billing. She put me through to Jeannie in billing. I explained that I had not received my EOB's from Aetna and asked if these two claims have been filed. Jeannie explained yes, but that the Staff Member was not credentialed yet and that was the delay. Jeannie called Aetna to verify that I HAD met my maximum as was owed $25.00 for each visit. Jeannie said she has issued the $50.00 credit. After I hung up with Mary, on the same day, November 8th, I received 2 emails; one at 2:49 pm and one at 4:49 pm stating that "xxxx, your payment has been scheduled. There's a new balance on your account from your visit on September 13, 2022 and October 10, 2022. Since we currently have your credit card in our system, the following payment has been scheduled - $25.00 per visit". What?? I am supposed to get a CREDIT, not have my credit card charge again! I called for the 5th time on November 9 and stated this was causing great distress and is very upsetting. Jeannie apologize and stated that she issued the $50.00 credit and she would go ahead a "remove my credit card from their file", I guess to stop the additional, fraudulent charges. Today is November 15 and I am still waiting for my $50.00 credit that Jeannie said she issued on November 8. Quince Orchard billing practices should be looked into as I am sure I am not the only one this is happening to. Thank you.
