One rep said that they are in print under certain circumstances but no has been able to help me with transferring Nutrition and Healing Natural Health Response Health Sciences Institute I want those 3 in print. I hardly have internet access, can't read online and have no access to a printer. I'm stuck at home with no one to help. I only subscribed to these to get them in print.Please help.Business Response

All of your subscriptions have been switched to physical delivery and unless you were to call us and request online-delivery, they will not be changed. It is noted in your account that you want physical delivery only.

In an effort to ensure that all of our customers have access to the monthly newsletters in a timely fashion, we made the decision to move an online-only format. This format is intended for all customers, however we can make modifications to revert to a physical fulfillment upon review.
All four of your newsletters, have been changed to the physical fulfillment and will stay that way moving forward.

An unauthorized charge of $74.00 was put on my credit card. I have never communicated with this company. However they did the same thing to my credit card account within the last 6 months and BBB helped resolve the problem. BUT HERE THEY ARE AGAIN, DOING THE EXACT SAME THING!Customer Answer

A charge of $74.00 was put on my credit card account. I have never contacted or done business with them. I dont even know what their business is.Business Response

I have been trying to cancel a subscription to the Health Sciences Institute that is being charged to my *********** card. She is 99 years old and is in hospice. I hold her general power of attorney. After trying to cancel on their web-based form on 4/4/2024, I called on 4/11/2024, and talked with ****** He said he would change her subscription and there would be a "partial refund" in about 5 days. A refund for $37.00 did appear on 4/12/2024, but the card was charged another $37.00 on 4/18/2024. I called again, and spoke with Jia on 4/20/2024. This time, I was asked for a copy of a notarized Power of Attorney. I sent a pdf of that on 4/20/2024 to the email address given to me. A response was promised in ***** hours. No response, so I called again, and spoke on 5/1/2024 with *****, who said that there was no power of attorney in their records. She confirmed the email address. I sent the notarized power of attorney again, on 5/1/2024. Still no response, so I called on 5/6/2024 and again spoke with Jia, who said that they had emailed me on 5/2/2024. I asked that their e-mail be resent, because I did not receive it. A response was promised in ***** hours. They have my correct email address, I check my inboxes and spam folders every day, and they have received 2 copies of a notarized power of attorney from me. I still have not received any email from this company. It is now 5/9/2024, and I still have no indication that the subscription has been cancelled. It is outrageous that they put a customer through this to simply cancel an account, especially given their claim:"There is no obligation; you can cancel at any time to get a full refund for the current 12-month term. If you have any additional questions, contact our customer service team below."I want *** to honor their stated policy, to immediately cease all charges, and to refund the subscription charges made in the current 12-month term.Business Response

All of these will be returned to the card(s) she used to make the original purchases, within the next 3-5 business days.
