    These are the 2 companies in question: Tristate Home Services, ***************************************************/ Office#: ************. The other company: *****************, **** *****, Territory Manager/ Cell#: ************ At the beginning of May I had a new heating and cooling system installed in my home by Tristate in which they installed Lennox products at a total cost of over $16,000. I was also eligible for a rebate as well from ******. I told Tristate that my husband's name needed to come off the bill since he is in prison and would not be able to sign a rebate check. ******, the other company in question, stated in an email to Tristate, that his name could not be deleted from the account, but they were able to add my name. If a name could be added, then why couldn't a name be deleted? Then, when the rebate was sent in, it was constantly being delayed/rejected because a specific part and it's serial number was not added to the rebate information. Again, I kept calling Tristate, who installed the Lennon parts, to resolve this issue. As of today, August 3, 2023, I still have not received my rebate check. Also, an email from Tristate to *****************, **** *****, stated among other things, that I, THE CUSTOMER, WAS SOMETHING. I DID NOT APPRECIATE THAT STATEMENT SINCE I HAD EVERY RIGHT TO HAVE MY COMPLAINTS RESOLVED. Of course, what did ****** and Tristate care because it was not them having the issue. I want this rebate and name change resolved immediately. Tristate and ***************** have had enough time to resolve my issue and to make it right. I have attached the emails as well.     We did not have access to the portal after an ownership change.  This complaint was resolved with the customer.  It was related to some delays in the rebate process administered by ******************
