      I was scammed out of $166 for $100 purchase to get my screen fixed for my cell phone and after the merchant obtained the money, they said they did not, but the money was still removed from both my accounts. I borrowed money from another person and that money was removed also But I did not receive my cell phone because the merchant said the payment did not go through on their end.

      I just purchased a iPhone 16 I decided to go to zag and purchase a screen protector for my iPhone 16 after I attempted to line up iPhone 15 screen protector that I had on my old phone and it would not stick on the iPhone. I also brought a secondary phone 15 to ask the gentleman to reset the screen protector that they originally installed there was bubbles on the top. He took out both phones peeled off both screen protectors after he installed the screen protector on the 15 he gave me back the phone and told me to put the phone back in the case, I told him I didn't know how to do that. I just had it professionally installed and he said oh well he doesn't know how to do it after refused to do that after he peeled off the other screen protector while he was removing it off it had a huge scratch and cracked, I got upset and told him I'm not gonna buy another screen protector from him and I demanded to speak to the owner before he got the phone. He started raising his voice and becoming very nasty to me stating that I could go to another Zagg and start all over. I contemplated doing that but by then it was too late. I would have walked to another Zagg with cell phones not in any cases, 2 screen protectors in my hand and one of them being broken. after the owner got on the phone. I explained to him the situation and the owner admitted that the guy did it incorrectly that he was not supposed to take my phone out of the case due to damaging the case and screen protectors when they do that after the employee refused to put the case back on the phone, he made me wrestle with it and when I was trying to put it back on the screen that he just put on started coming up and I asked him to put it back down and he said no, and he started yelling at me and he said he will just put it in the trash or I can take it and put it on myself. After speaking with the store owner he advised the employee to put the cell phones back together and he did in under 1 minute.

      Settlement agreement indicated 6 payments of 461.33 1st april by ******, 2nd 5/17 ****** 6/24 Breda, 7/23, 8/25 ****, 9/20 last pmt ******** should have been charged off. Now balance has appeared on my credit report of ***** indicated past due.. They are calling it a clerical error
