      I took my car in *or an oil change and tire rotation. The company knowingly put the wrong *ilter in my car and ruined the engine. I have a 2021 BMW M4, now their insurance company wants to total my vehicle, leaving me without a vehicle. I want my car *ixed, they ruined my engine, I can't help it that the engine is expensive. I have worked 20+ years to a**ord this vehicle and now the insurance company wants to give me 1000 dollars and leave me without a vehicle, and I work 70+ miles *rom where I live. I guess I am supposed to walk to work. This is completely against everything I know. I* I break something o* yours I should replace it, not give you the value o* it. Here, I'll give you 10 dollars *or the value o* your Gameboy that I just smashed. Good luck buying a new one. That is how I *eel. I have worked 20+ years as a ******* ************ ******* and *inally was able to get this vehicle, and now the insurance company wants to give me 1000 dollars and take the vehicle and say so long. There is no way you can *ind this vehicle and be able to get it with 1000 dollars down. I did nothing wrong here and yet am ending up without a vehicle that I wanted.
